Acceptance
By using omnihomepros.com or calling a phone number on it, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or the phone lines.
What we do
Omni Home Pros ("OmniHomePros") is a referral service. We connect callers with independent home service providers. We do not perform home services, we do not employ the providers, and we are not a party to any agreement between you and a provider.
Providers are independent
- Each provider is an independent business responsible for its own licensing, insurance, pricing, scheduling, workmanship, warranties and guarantees.
- We do not verify or guarantee any provider's license, insurance, qualifications, availability, pricing or quality of work. Check these yourself before hiring.
- Any quote, estimate, warranty, financing or guarantee comes from the provider, not from OmniHomePros.
No fee to you
Using the site and calling our lines is free. Providers or networks may pay us for referrals. That payment does not change what a provider charges you.
Calls
Calls may be recorded and routed to one or more providers or networks. Availability of a provider in your area is not guaranteed. Our lines are for residential service requests in the United States.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site or phone lines for anything unlawful, to make false or abusive calls, or to interfere with the site or its systems.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site and referral service are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OmniHomePros is not liable for any work performed or not performed by a provider, or for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site or the referral service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to $100.

Links to other sites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
